As this is Pie Week, we have put together an easy Mince Beef and Onion Pie recipe. Most people enjoy a good pie, this is one of our favourites with a secret ingredient or two and really simply to make. We always add some silver skin onions to this recipe, which give a vinegary sour burst to the pie. It’s a hearty pie and ideal for this time of year, we usually serve it with some creamy mash and some steamed broccoli.
