Our recipe this week for #FishOnFriday is an old 70’s classic, which seems to gone out of fashion over recent years. It is a relatively simple recipe for a Friday night, but it would be equally suitable for a dinner party recipe.
If you are in Spain and have any cans of New Year grapes left over, this is a great recipe to use them up as they are already skinned and deseeded (if so, then skip No. 4 of the directions)
