This week for #FishOnFriday we have a recipe for Seafood Gratin. It is simple to make and only takes around 40 minutes. It’s a great recipe for a Friday evening and it is real comfort food, with it’s rich sauce. Despite being easy to make, it could also be made for a dinner party main course or even a starter.
In Spain it is easy to cheat with this recipe as most supermarkets sell a seafood mix, which is predominately for paella, but is also brilliant for this recipe, or to add to fish pies or seafood salads
