FISH ON FRIDAY: Baked Arborio Rice, Chorizo and Hake

This week our recipe for #FishOnFriday is a rice, chorizo and Hake bake. It is an easy recipe for a Friday evening and a great recipe for all year around. With the Chorizo and Hake the recipe has a Spanish twist. Any fish of your choice can be used, but here in Spain, hake is an extremely popular fish.

The dish can be prepared and ready in less than an hour. This recipe serves 4
