This recipe for the traditional Cheese and Onion Pie is not difficult, but it is rather time consuming.
Don’t let that put you off however, as the end result is well worth it. It can be eaten either hot or cold and is
equally delicious either way. If served hot we recommend some nice steamed broccoli or spinach or if eaten
cold then serve with a crisp green salad.
