For some reason people get scared about cooking fish. Here are some easy tips on cooking fish.
There are various ways to cook fish, they include;
1. Baking
2. Sauté or pan frying
3. Grilling
4. Poaching
5. Deep frying
It depends on what fish you are cooking and if you are using a coating as to which method is best.
Which every method you use the tips below and the fish will cook perfectly;
1. Don’t Season Too Soon.
2. Make sure the Heat is not Too Low.
3. Don’t Cook the Fish Skin-Side Up.
4. Avoid the temptation to keep moving or turning the Fish.
5. Don’t Cook it for Too Long or it will become dry.
Resist the temptation to overcook fish until it flakes, which indicates the fish is becoming dry. Fish is done when the colour turns from translucent to opaque (white) or has reached 140 to 145°F internal temperature
