The Málaga Food Guide 
The school is noted because of the sheer attention to detail displayed by the teachers and students alike and its fantastic position and spectacular views, situated as it is between the coast and the mountains.
The menu is the essence of seasonality, with the master menu changing at least 3 times per school year, with the majority of the products used, sourced direct from Málaga as a result of their link with the “Sabor a Málaga” project initiated by the provincial government.
In addition to the à la carte, the restaurant offers both wine -pairing and two tasting menus daily priced at between €32 & €38 and those visiting on either a Monday or Wednesday can take advantage of a discounted rate of €28 – however, you will need to book well in advance to take advantage of these days!
