Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.<\/p><p>2. Add oil to a skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat just until golden, about 5 minutes.<\/p><p>3. In a mixing bowl, mix together raw honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.<\/p><p>4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and continue to cook over medium-low heat for 10-12 more minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.<\/p><p>5.
