Vegan

A Vegetarian is a person who does not eat meat or fish, and sometimes other animal products, especially for moral, religious, or health reasons.
Pescatarian
A Pescatarian is someone who chooses to eat a vegetarian diet, but who also eats fish and other seafood. It’s a largely plant-based diet of whole grains, nuts, legumes, produce and healthy fats, with seafood playing a key role as a main protein
Flexitarian
Flexitarian is used to describe a diet or a person who eats a mostly vegetarian diet, occasionally including meat. There is no standard agreement or definition of what this means; whether flexitarians eat meat once a day, once a week or just occasionally is up to the individual person
